During its first year of operation, it is expected to produce approximately 6.5 GWh of clean energy per year, enough to cover the energy consumption of nearly 2,500 homes in Costa Rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to representing a significant advancement in energy and environmental matters, the project will have a direct economic impact by reducing energy consumption by 16% during the first year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;This project posed a technical challenge for Avolta due to the high standards required by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.avoltaenergy.com\/en\/proyecto\/icu-medical\/\">ICU Medical<\/a>, while also representing a major milestone for the development of private solar energy in Costa Rica.
